I'm Alexie Lofstrom-Dewes, the founder of Circle and Flame Co. I'm a therapist, ritualist, and space-holder who works at the intersection of depth psychology, shadow work, and spiritual practice. My approach is rooted in the belief that healing is not just about coping- it's about reclaiming wholeness. Here, we make space for the parts of you that have been exiled, silenced, and hidden away.

The circle is our container- steady, inclusive, and sacred.
The flame is our guide- illuminating what's ready to be seen and transmuted.

At Circle & Flame Co., I offer one-on-one therapy, workshops, group memberships, moon circles, and retreats for those craving deeper inner work. This is a place for the seekers, the feelers, the ones navigating grief, identity, trauma, and transformation. Especially for those who are queer, neurodivergent, or otherwise moving through the world on their own terms.
